General Paints Group feature in the fifth annual Balance For Better Business Review.

Our Commitment To Gender Equality
General Paints Group were proud to feature as a case study in the fifth annual report, published in November 2022. Globally, the paint manufacturing industry tends to be male dominated, however our shareholders have long fostered a culture of equality. Our commitment to gender equality is continued by our current management and leadership teams, who demonstrate an awareness and desire to nurture strong female talent at all levels of the business.
We believe creating a culture of respect, inclusion and diversity is critical in driving our business and our success. All team members at GPG participate in dignity & respect training, and our leadership team training has centred on emotional intelligence, enabling the team to develop an environment of psychological safety. Our people are a consistent topic at board meetings, and in our 5-year strategy, our People Goal is number one. The short video below captures the essence of our balanced culture and purpose at GPG.
