Waterford Walls, an initiative of The Walls Project, is Ireland’s largest International Street Art Festival and takes place on an annual basis throughout the month of August. This year’s festival took place from August 11th-20th and featured large-scale mural artworks from over 30 national and international artists. Alongside the spectacular murals on display, the 10 day festival included a variety of events including live art, music, workshops and guided tours.
Partnering with Waterford Cove & Co Paint Studio, our Colourtrend Weather paints allowed the featured artists to bring the streets of Waterford to life through their artwork. The Waterford Walls Festival has had a hugely positive impact on the community of Waterford, transforming and regenerating urban spaces to inspire and connect the community.
